📌 Standard Hire Duration – All hire items are available for a 3-day period, which includes delivery and collection days. Longer hire periods may be available upon request at an additional cost.
📌 Security Deposit – A refundable security deposit is required for all hire items. This will be returned in full provided the items are collected in their original condition, without damage, loss, or excessive wear.
📌 Damage & Liability – The hirer is fully responsible for all hired items during the hire period. Any damage, loss, or breakages will be chargeable at full replacement cost.
📌 Delivery & Collection – Delivery and collection fees may apply based on location. Items must be ready for collection at the agreed time and location. Late returns may be subject to additional fees.
📌 Usage & Care – Hire items are for decorative and functional event use only. Items must not be altered, painted, or structurally modified in any way.
📌 Weather Considerations – If items are not suitable for outdoor use, they must be placed in a covered or sheltered area. Damage caused by rain, wind, or other weather conditions will be chargeable.
📌 Booking & Payment – Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your hire items. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received in full.
📌 Cancellations – Cancellations made after payment has been received are non-refundable. However, bookings may be transferred to an alternative date (subject to availability).
